Planning Package- $2300
Pre-Wedding:

Scheduling of Dress/Attire/Hair/ Makeup trial appointments

Help Bride with 3 appointments of her choosing (rentals, dress, hair, etc)

9 month, 6 month, 3 month wedding checklists

Supply any needed vendor recommendations

Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

Confirming all details with ALL vendors prior to the wedding

1 Hour at Rehearsal

EIGHT hours on-site allowing (3 hours of setup, 4 hours of wedding direction, 1 hour of cleanup)

Details:

Book your package with a 20% non-refundable deposit. If you book the "Day of Coordination" package, the balance would be due the day of the wedding. All other packages would be paid in this manner: 20% deposit to book, $300 due 1 month away, then balance is due on Wedding Day.

Need more hours for setup or tear down? It is $100/hour added to your package.

Don't want family to help set up or tear down? Ask about our setup and tear down teams. (We even return the rentals for you!)

Extra Pre-Wedding Visits to Venue are $50 each visit
-
Need help with coordinating/planning a Bridal Shower, Bachelorette Party, etc? That's only an added $800 fee for coordinating all vendors, planning the schedule of the event, booking event space, directing the event on site for up to 2 hours. SETUP and Clean Up included (4 hours).

Vendor recommendations will remain at or below your budget

Travel fees are included in every package for venues 30 minutes or less from Kingsport, TN. Venues farther away are $50 per extra half hour.
-
If you need help with setup of venue for more than day of wedding/event, the fee for setup help the day before the wedding is $400 for 5 hours.

All vendor invoices will be handled through coordinator/planner.
